Provide overall daily support to the general departmental function. Responsible for organizing, creating and managing HR communications, supporting employees by being the front line HR representative – answering frequently asked questions, new employee processes, NMLS, phone and greeter desk coordination/scheduling appointments, handling electronic documentation control and filing organization. | |
Supports Employee Experience programs, procedures and coordination of events. Track and maintain correspondence for all employee initiatives including logistics and costs. Drive culture and values through consistent communication and events across all locations. | |
Assist in the full cycle of recruiting and administration of the new hire and onboarding process. Process transfers, promotions and terminations. Maintain job descriptions and version control. | |
Provide HR support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner. Handle problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices. Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. | |
Assist with the monitoring of an annual budget and scorecard. Assist with internal & external audit documentation. Ensures compliance with all existing governmental and labor law reporting requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Department of Labor, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), worker compensation, and so forth. | |
Provide advanced administrative/technical support for various human resource functions. Responsible for processing HCMS transactions and data entry while maintaining data integrity and quality. Ensure onboarding and new hire paperwork is completed and processed through the HCMS system. | |
Special projects, as assigned. Backup to HR areas such as: HR Generalist, HR Specialist and Recruitment |
This position is non-exempt; the expected salary range for this position is $24 - $26 per hour.
